SmartReplace missing icon (fix)

The SmartReplace plugin toolbar button was blank and my browser's error console said it couldn't find "img.gif" - probably because it didn't exist.  Opened the "smartquotes.png" in the plugin's /images/ folder in GIMP, saved it as "img.gif" at the plugin's root level.
