File Manager is not loading files after manually reloaded

hI,
I created a Funktion to upload files on the interface of the file manager. The page for this function is reloaded. But the files are not load. There remains a info loading

How can I manage to get the tumbs on the display after relaoding the window?

look for errors in your javascript console.
