Toolbars appear and editor starts but 'pop-ups' and plugins dont work

Hi

I've followed the newbie guide and uploaded all the stuff to my server (http://scripts.ukwebdhs.co.uk/xinha/

when I start my editor, the toolbars and everythin work, and it changes the text properties, but when it comes to all the 'popup' items such as font color, insert image etc I need to resize the window to show all the popup and then they simply don't work. When you press the OK buttons on say, the insert image popup it does nothing.

HELP, getting really frustrated. this is my code at the top of my editor page;
